Well...this might give a bad image about Thailand toursim industry. May be TAT might step in an solve it amicably. After all those Kuwaitis are from middle east and Thailand need middle east income as these people are heavy spenders. It is good for Thailand not to persue this further and just flush it under the carpet and move on like all the other cases that involve tourists.

Agree with an @Ramanathan.Pas annoying as these young Kuwaitis are they're spending plenty of money into a stagnant Pattaya economy the local authorities would be better to try to educate them on the dangers of riding rental bikes in Pattaya. 

 

RTP and Immigration would be better using they're time to round up and charge and deport the Pakistani/Afghani gang of drug dealers who've been harassing Tourists and Expats alike along 2rd Road Pattaya and Beach Road near Central Festival for over 5 months now even though their illegal activity has been widely reported in the local press.

Selling drugs outside the police station without any fear of arrest. Why is that, I wonder?
