Probably not the 1st Chinese company to break the rules and definitely won't be the last.

.

 

Huge fine is gonna sting... If it ever gets paid

Apart from the basic corruption angle, this is what lawyers get paid large amounts of money for - tying this kind of case in legal knots so that the final costs are only a small part of the original fines.
