What an ugly bugger this guy is.  Probably explains why he rapes women... but it's still no excuse.

It seems to me if he won't present himself at court when required he needs to be detained until a new court date is set. Unless of course he does a 'red bull heir' and goes to hide abroad until the statute of limitations runs out.
