Chinese tourists again, it is almost as if they are being targeted

The Tour Buses are a nightmare in Pattaya the Soi's aren't wide enough for them.

I notice that they now use all of the narrow,  rat run Sois in and around Pattaya, and in Bang Saray and of course the Police and the Authorities are ignoring this.  Its only a matter of time before someone is run over.
