Amazing how they can arrest a Monk for dealing in Pattaya but they can't round up and deport the gang of 20+ Pakistani/Afghani dealers that have been harassing Tourists & Expats alike on 2nd Road and both sides of Central Festival for the over 4 months day and night despite numerous complaints and being mentioned and filmed by local media.

The place is getting like Europe.

"Further investigation revealed that the father of one of the suspects is Police Lieutenant Colonel Bandit Khonkarn, an inspector with the Hang Dong Police Station in Chiang Mai. He was identified as the mastermind behind the scam. Police coordinated with investigative units to arrange his surrender on Monday, July 22."

 

So who is the mastermind here? Father or Son?
