So, we have a problem with black banded trevally, which are normally found in the Indian Ocean, as opposed to black chinned tilapia, which come from coastal West Africa, and were imported by CP Foods, then somehow released in Thai waters, seemingly without consequence to the company, so far? 

So, it's another fish invasion or another fact mistake by a "journalist"?
