They're harmless enough those young Kuwaitis and they're supporting the local Ladyboy's and spending plenty of money in the McDonald's under the VC Hotel they could do with a few drivings lessons on those rental bikes though.

Seems to me the RTP are well aware of the problems these people are causing but for some reason choose to turn a blind eye, could there be bribery involved?
