They're harmless enough those young Kuwaitis and they're supporting the local Ladyboy's and spending plenty of money in the McDonald's under the VC Hotel they could do with a few drivings lessons on those rental bikes though.

In the same way as the Middle Eastern drug dealers operating on Pattaya 2nd Road.
