"

The police investigation identified the suspect as 33 year old Kittiyakorn. Law enforcement tracked her down to a condominium in Soi Phra Tamnak 1 in Pattaya and arrested her on July 5 while she was still in her pyjamas.

Further investigation revealed that Kittiyakorn had a prior criminal record for theft and was wanted on two arrest warrants issued by Pattaya Provincial Court and Min Buri Criminal Court."

It seems she was very easy to track down and find which begs the question why had she not been arrested on the two already outstanding warrants? It seems that had the Royal Thai Police not been completely incompetent (or paid off) she would not have been at liberty to drug and rob this guy!

They can track her down but can't arrest the Gang of 15 Middle Eastern drug dealers that have been harassing Tourists and Expats on Pattaya 2nd Road for the past two months (very suspect).

You gotta pay Thai cops to do their job properly. That’s a given. The beauty of that system is that you get results with no questions asked. Pay a small amount to motivate the cops and “donate” the “reward” upon completion. They are refreshingly affordable and free of minor annoyances such as legality, morality and accountability. I gave them 3/5 stars on Google reviews. “Not much  shooting but heavy on the looting.”
