Non-o spouse visa process
Hi guys, I was just wondering what is the process to getting my spouse visa. I just got marriage to my Thai husband and am now looking into the visa process. What do I need to do, I find that all the information I find is for a foreigner marrying a Thai woman, I heard it is different for a foreigner marrying a Thai man. I heard you have to leave and go to an embassy in a neighboring country, but I am also currently 6 months pregnant so I would really like to avoid having to do this, is there an option to stay in Thailand and just pay more money? Any advice is good advice! -

Just relating my frustrating experience, that even when the IO makes a mistake they won't take responsibility. That's what I'm "saying". As for "asking", I don't see any question marks in my post. -

Just as an aside. I arrived back at Suvarni., on 9 th June, without my visa, expecting 30 days. IO gave me 90 days. (I thought she felt sorry for me after I explained things). Thought I'd double check at Chantaburi Immigration. Told me stamp was wrong and to do a border run by Friday, and on Tuesday morning, put my non O application in. Otherwise I'm up for 500 baht/day overstay. Now my wife and I aren't talking due to my ranting! Think I'll do my border run to Sydney and relax with people who speak my language. (Well, some of them.)F**k this dumb, corrupt country. -
