No mention anywhere of any investigation into the victim who allegedly threw a bomb, because he got beaten up does the making and throwing a bomb go unpunished? It could be argued that bomb making was a more serious offence than assault.

the altercation began when the injured party allegedly threw a homemade bomb at the group, which failed to detonate, ultimately leading to the brutal attack.

Ok. So why did he throw the bomb? Was he being harassed or extorted?

If it was intentionally malicious, will he be charged?
