Maybe naming and shaming the delivery company all over social media might get her some recompense. I would certainly not put much faith in the Royal Thai Police to conduct any sort of meaningful investigation.

It would land her in a courtroom for libel.

Sad but likely true as it is well known that the Thai legal system only works for the rich and powerful not the ordinary Thai citizen,

I have been following the plight of a guy on FB who got scammed by a crook here, posted about it to warn others and is now in court as the guy in question sued him for libel. He will 100% be cleared of charges as many other victims have come forward to testify that the guy is indeed a crook, but not before losing lots of time and legal fees, and of course the stress that goes with it.

Never ever speak of somebody in negative terms online in Thailand or it could get you in serious trouble, whether you are in the right ot not is (unfortunately) irrelevant.
