It's a snap shot of a wider problem a large number of Russian and Ukrainian young men that came here of their own accord or sent by their parents to avoid the possibility of being drafted into their respective Armed Forces and now figured out you can't live on fresh air in Thailand. These young men are now at high risk to being exploited by they're fellow Countrymen for more nefarious activities. -
