What's that other one that simply rolls of the tongue?

Jabattoir.

"Next slide, please. OK, we here have a case of Jabattoi'r. This one is a quad jab guy. Look at his eyes. You notice the total zombie empty eyes and palish look..."

Why, if these Vaccines (clot shots) are so effective, are these incentives being offered?

Maybe because the younger demographic are more "social media" aware than the older generation, and social media is where most of the anti vaxxer BS is peddled. Perhaps they are more easily swayed by anti establishment opinion, and less accepting of facts than others, or maybe because C-19 is milder in younger people than older ones, so maybe they just don't see the need for it.

I remember when I was that age, going against the grain of society was the "in thing".

The article says: "We know take-up among young people is patchy," he said. "We know they're not against the vaccine, they're just not getting round to it."

I'm sure you remember when you were young and invincible. Health was not top of mind, but money always was. You got your slices at that cheaper place that didn't put on as much meat. You postponed haircuts until the ends of your hair got in your eyes. A dining card probably would be a more useful incentive, but social science research shows that high dollar lotteries attract more attention.

The only jabs worth getting against the Delta variant are the mRNA vaccines.  However, mRNA technology has not been tested for their effects on the human body over an extended period of time.  Of course younger people are going to be hesitant to get these shots, when they are largely unaffected by covid as it is.

The mRNA vaccines instruct cells to generate a subset of virus (the spike) that in itself cannot cause infection. This is a genius way to create a training target for the immune system, because it mimics how every RNA virus that enters one of your cells uses mRNA to co-opt the cell machinery to manufacture itself. mRNA isn't very stable, which is why the vaccine needs to be kept so cold. I haven't read the original studies, but press reports indicate the mRNA from the vaccine is broken up shortly after use, so it should all be inactivated within a few days. For that reason, I think it's unlikely that the mRNA in the vaccines will have any long-term effects on the body. I haven't heard of any reason to think otherwise.

The mRNA is stable but the lipid encapsulation isn't. Without the fatty layer containing the RNA your immune system responds to the foreign RNA and it never gets a chance to enter the cell.

Except for the billion-plus years that complex life has been around using mRNA technology to create the proteins needed to sustain and make even more complex life. It's vicious circle.

I've read in a recent article that AZ is quite affective though against delta/+?
