Nothing about having fresh water available, better sanitation, better security, better value.

Just another committee to "advise" a previous committee.

It's a wonder that anything ever gets done in this segment of the economy.

Is it just me that sees this as 'to keep wages supressed' Same thing happened in the UK with lots of Eastern Europeans shipped in by the hospitality industry to avoid having to pay native Brits a living wage.

Can anyone be surprised when so many hotels and tourist-related businesses are crying "poor" because of the upcoming minimum wage increases, or still crying over "surviving the pandemic"?  I suspect there's nothing "poor" in their operations, aside from the fact that they won't be able to continue their profit  margins at the high rate they are now, hence the cheaper foreign labor.
