Never buy WR Life insurance! I can't imagine an insurance company that would be worse than WR Life. We made a big mistake by trusting an insurance agent and choosing WR Life insurance. First application after several months of regular payments and immediately a problem. They do not pay compensation, citing that ‘the disease was present before’, although even the attending doctor of Bangkok Hospital denies this and clearly states in the documents that the disease is less than a month old. The amount of compensation is even lower than what we have already paid them. Really, think about it! We have already given you more money than the amount of compensation you are asking for, hello! Are you okay? But that's only half the problem! The second very important problem is the complete lack of answers. You write to their mail and generally after that you can expect no more response. It may come to you after a month, if you send a pre-trial application for conflict settlement by the next letter. That's a load of crap. Do not contact them, do not waste your time and a lot of money. We are now looking at how to resolve the issue through the court. By the way, the personal cabinet on the site is made so badly that there are random controls that you are even asked not to touch. How is this even possible!
