Nothing will change unless they change the law and treat these kids as adults for the crime that they have committed. Just put them in minor prison until they reach 21 and then transfer them to normal prison with maximum sentence. That is the only way to eradicate such people from the society.

It is time Thailand realised they have far too many guns floating around, every week these type of shootings are being reported. Tougher penalties for even carrying a gun maybe.

The only way is mandatory death sentence for the possession of illegal arms.  That is the only way to eradicate such crimes in any country.
