My 20 year old stepson and his friend are renting a room whilst studying to be teachers, somewhere near Samut Prakan. I have just learned that they are being charged Bht 10 per unit for electricity.

I read somewhere on here that this is illegal. Can anyone enlighten me please, and what can be done about it.

Yeh, I guess the Landlord will put the rent up to compensate.
