No evidence to prove that the Pheu Thai party had exercised its rights or liberties to overthrow the constitutional monarchy, as required by section 49 of the charter.

That’s a very serious accusation. Sooner or later these practitioners of lawfare need to be held accountable for wasting the court’s time and potential libel. Punishing frivolous lawsuits can be a slippery slope impacting valid but unsuccessful cases however it seems that something needs to be done to stop this blatant abuse of the courts.
