Along with improving the infrastructure of Phuket and environs to eliminate water shortages, poor sewage, traffic and foreign (and local) mafia influence, making meaningful progress in addressing air quality in the north and finally dealing with the insurgent south.

39 million seems like way too many, considering the problems in dealing with current numbers.

Again, this is nothing more than short-term shortsightedness by Srettha's government that has no real plan to move the country forward.
