From the clip it is very obvious that the tree lacks any secondary root. It seems that the tree was only being supported by its tap root and tertiary roots. This happen in many places especially cities as those who are engaged to beautify the walk way will normally cut off the secondary root to make things easy for them to pave the walkway stones. As such the tree lack any side anchoring support and a simple wild can push it down. -

From the picture it is clear that those cranes do not have any side boom to support heavy lifting. The soil subsidence one side is due to the heavy lifing as the weight shifted to one side when the load starting swinging. Hence the primary rootcause is impromper lifting method. -

A few things needs..... 1. She is 56 yrs old and cannot be a super biker woman riding at high speed 2. What is the side barrier height? Or Was there any secured side barrier? 3. A person cannot be simply flying in the air unless high speed collision or not barrier protection along that stretch of the bridge. Anyway, hope she recovers fast and back to normal life soon -
