All he need to do is wear a mask and respect local laws, but he think he is a Sovereign and rules does not apply to him.

If he is a sovereign, as he claims, he wouldn't need a British passport to leave Singapore.

He could leave on his own passport from his own sovereignty.

These people are truly nutters.  It's no wonder they are evaluating him in the loony bin.

there are loads of these in Thailand currently too.
