I am no fan of how this man is free but to be upset over his actions isn't right.

Whether it's "advisable" or not, as long as it's not illegal, then there's nothing really to complain about.

My understanding is that his terms of parole don't limit his movements as long as he reports in when he's supposed to.  I would imagine the same is true of other parolees. So again, a lot of whining about nothing.
