Must be genuine she stated she only had the equivalent of 1'200-' in her bag not the normal 100'000-' the usual insurance scammers claim.

Unless she has dementia I am guessing alcohol was involved then if she doesn't know if she lost it or it was stolen.

To be fair,Any number of mind altering substances will contribute to forgetfulness including alcohol .
