What a joke! This level of laziness is endemic in the RTP don't try to tell me a Provincial Police Comander was surprised. He and the police force are ONLY taking any action because the girls parents kicked up enough of a stink for the media to become interested!

The wheels of injustice turn slowly in The Land of Smiles.  Too often, it appears the BiB don't consider the abuse of females, regardless of age, worth spending a lot of effort in investigation.  This is just another case, in point.
