Just wondering why did the boy accept the 3000 baht initially? He should not have accepted that money if he is genuine in his reporting. Is is expecting to add one more "Zero" to the compensation?

More to the point when dealing with a paedophile preying on kids in a public Mall why did the police even suggest this as a resolution, so now this pervert is free to continue his disgusting activities! How long before he steps it up and either rapes or rapes and murders a child because the RTP were too bloody idle to arrest him.
