May be they might have been cheated after cum in the past. So they might need to take upfront payment before customer come and cums. At least they should give a credit note for advance payment. Then customer can feel at ease. Or they can follow something like the filipinas do....show the money and keep it on the table so that the assurance of paymnet is confirmed once the service is finished

Ladyboys have been a source of theft and violence for decades in Pattaya and yet apart from the occasional 'sweep' of beach road when enough people complain about them they are allowed to solicit with impunity every night along beach road whilst the Royal Thai Police famously proclaim there is no evidence of prostitution in Pattaya. I wonder how the police are incentivised to allow this? Payment in cash or kind?
