This lawyer has a "fanpage" and no doubt he is using this 'citation': "He cited Section 384 of the Criminal Law: spreading fake information causing panic" as a way to drum up views and possibly business.

No one is panicking and if he thinks he the government is going to prosecute a woman for claiming to see a ghost, he's missing a lot of social media posts in this country.

So a 'you tuber' fakes a Ghost story to boost her profile, bar owner jumps on the bandwagon to boost his bar, and some lawyer tries to boost his profile off the back of all of it. Just goes to show what a sad shallow world the 'internet celebrities' inhabit
