Nothing will be done. Germans have special immunity in Thailand. They are basically untouchables in the land of Thousand Possibilities

Knowing the Bar in question I can't understand how anyone could run up a 1000-' tap in the dive.

But well done the Barstaff for not backing down to the Woman beater and I must say the Barstaff look much younger on Black and White CCTV .

I believe there was another incident in a Bar in the middle of the Soi an hour or so earlier maybe the same couple.

The wife even informed the victims that it was normal for her husband to become enraged after drinking more than six bottles of beer.

If those are 6 large bottles, 1K isn't far off the beaten path in a Pattaya bar.

Fritz needs to calm down.  Another incident like that that gets publicized and the public will be calling for his visa to be revoked and booted, as well.

"Shockingly, the German man’s wife remained silent, failing to intervene as her husband attacked the bar staff."

Possibly because she has been on the recieving end of beatings from her 'loving' spouse. Hopefully the company he works for will decide they no longer need the services of a violent drunk.

I used to frequent a bar in Patong

The owners were a Swede and his Thai wife

His Thai wife got into a physical fight(not a trouble maker so unusual)

I saw him sit there as his wife is in a fight.....saying "leave it to the Thais"

I was in shock......

Just watching his wife fight

I am not surprise a German can possibly have the bar run out of beer.
