Just log in to any dating website. There are tons of Thai girls offering to be companion for travelling within Thailand. What is difference between that and unlicensed tour guide? Many are still advertizing that they have cars and can take them around. It is normally happening everywhere. Only thing is this guy was expose in video clip. As long as they remain anonymous nothing will happen.
