You know REM, but I will bet you don't know this song, played this from memory and had to repeat👍

This 60 year old geezer is into this old music,LOL.

Seizing the opportunity to post this great performance of E-Bow the Letter with Patti Smith:

Talking about drumming. I spoke with a chap who was a session drummer in the UK. I asked him what was the most demanding piece he had ever played. His answer;;

RB

Happy Jack - The Who

RB

BR

I went to Dortmund to see them back in the 1980s.

Keith was wasted and did not do his own session?

Getting a little off topic, but while watching this video from a "best of the 1980s" I cringed and was thinking of posting a new thread "Worst Video Clips OF the 1980s"  its just awful.😩

Terrible!

On a related note, I recently fell upon Rolling Stone's "50 Most Disappointing Albums of All Time". Some I agree with (such as Oasis' unbearably overproduced Be Here Now), but I disagree with Chinese Democracy which I think is a great album (but I would say it is an Axl Rose solo album rather than a Guns N' Roses one). I also like Patti Smith's Radio Ethiopia.

Watching the girls in Billy´s music video slapping their bum reminded me of Destination Calabria😬

No wonder the Bible said some of Gods angels came down to earth to take women as wives😬

And any person that cant tell you what a woman is needs their head examined,👍

Gods gift in my opinion, what would we do without them,.... look at each other? no thanks.

I remember reading a comment back a while, one of the members said how they didnt like this type of band back when they were playing, but had listened to some since and found the music OK, This reminded me of the first time I heard this song from Nirvana, Come As You Are, back in the 1990´s👍
