Well...it is not sure if the foreigner is familiar with Thai roads, especially the city like BKK. Further he was speeding and the bike looks like Kawasakin Ninja which has a powerful engine. Anyway foreigners coming to Bangkok to enjoy Bang kok. Just take public transport enjoy Bang kok to the fullest till their money is finished and time to back from Bangkok

Standard procedure on Thai roads, motorcycles coming out of side turnings with little or no looking first. Foreigner probably driving at a speed appropriate for Europe or America where people tend to look before pulling out but too fast for bangkok.
