IF there is any truth in this I hope the female involved will be arrested and charged the same as a man would if he had sex with an 11 year old girl.

You really think 11 year old boys these days are innocent to sex and their curiosity to try it ha ha?? Wake up, this is 2024, not 1924 lol. And it's not just Thailand, kids these days have the internet to educate them, lots of access to porn to show them, and plenty of initiative to put into practice with plenty of willing partners. Education in the home is the key to enlightening their priority and awareness of what their actions and consequences can be.

Rarely spoke about but yes, the plain truth is that "sexual experimentations" between boys and girls at an early age is common. I know we did when i was barely 12 or 13, with girls around 15. And i wasn't the only one by far, in my school (French school for expats in Madrid , Spain). And that was in the late 80's, early 90s. They even installed condom machines in this high-school and morning pill available at the nursery. they were right, it is just real-politics.

I can speak truth that lots of kids that age are sexually active, with young people not old enough to be their parents. At 11 I had my first experience, of being attractive to someone older, a 19 year old neighbor. Though TBH I do think public hair and the growth spurt should be the absolute minimum, for eligibility to have sayex. Still some younger kids do start adult-like sex lives before that, and some young adults aged ~18-23 or so, go off precociousness, which is visible, not the concealed pubes. It's not that they're paedophiles, in the sense of sexual preference. It's that where sex is available, many young men and women, but especially males, take the opportunity.

Most people will still be repelled by the thought, of intercourse with someone in very early puberty, and still resembling a child. In year 9 I thought year 7s looked like kids, one or two  exceptions. Year 9 were young adults, teenagers getting laid in nightclubs, getting engaged, and sometimes with and to young people aged >20. Who saw us as similarly aged to themselves. And year 8s were a mixed bag, because of different growth rates... yet even year 7s were too forwards about sex, to dismiss as though they were prepubescents. This is one of those situations, where people wilfully ignore natural variants in precociousness. That exist everywhere.

The 11 year old in question is still a child by law and it is the right and duty of his parents to ensure he is tested and treated. Promiscuity is a sad reality in this world, particularly among the poor and less educated.

Where I grew up in the late 60's and early 70's we were playing the Dr's and Nurses, Mummy's and Daddy's thing with the girls in our area, it was all fun and games, yes we were 8-10 but we saw it as a game. We swam naked in pools together and weren't shy when we touched each other. It was harmless fun. It did get a bit more serious when some older brothers and sisters became involved, but I learnt some fun stuff that's for sure lol.
