A child doesn't get bruises on them like that from playing in the back yard, unless they fall out of a tree from 4+ meters. And the report said she showed evidence of genital assault, obviously the girl has suffered a sex assault and her injuries could be life long depending on the extent of the assault. The man baby sitting has done something horrible for this child to be almost comatose. If found guilty, the only penalty is a capital one for both of them.

Just hang the culprit.....

Hanging would appear to be appropriate if they are convicted. Shame it is not an option.
