If appliances are unused, they will not be taking any juice. 

Will all government buildings comply?

And I can keep my a/c's on as it is only for Bangkokians. Oooh thank goodness.

The Full Story says that it is an International thing, so will London, and specifically Wembley Stadium go dark at 20.30, in the England-Brazil game?
