Poor guy. Hanging out in the exposed carriage connectors is really dangerous of Thai trains as you can easily lose your footing. Why couldn't they control their smoking till they disembarked. Surprised the conductor didn't catch them.

Would it really be that hard to nominate a carriage at the rear of the train for smokers? Avoiding these tragic happenings.

Would it really be that hard, not to smoke in a train, in case it is forbidden?

It works, for most addicts, in planes.

Aside, that riding a train shirtless is damaging the image of the canadians.

What guest1 said plus I'm not sure there would be too many takers for that kind of hell, even among smokers. Not to mention this special kind of crazies might not mind bringing children with them.
