Sounds great, but it also sounds like just another word salad with zero action. More "information" gathering to pat ourselves on the back (and create opportunities to pad pockets?), while we here in Bangkok continue pouring thousands of tons a day of co2 into the air. Switch the old buses with natural gas or electric ones. Plant more trees and protect the ones we have. Turn off engines while waiting for 3-4 minutes at red lights. Push e-cars and tax the heck out of suvs and trucks (without proven necessity). Fine stores that use air con carelessly (doors wide open to the street, etc). Fine older trucks and cars and motorbikes that bellow dark exhaust. Institute restrictions on private cars entering the city center. Create a free shuttle. Hundreds of small steps need to taken now, not pouring more funds into "research" and wasting billions on 2nd hand submarines.
