There are a few things that don't ring right in this story.

She was "scammed and lost her travel budget", yet her family in Russia had to reach out to a stranger when seeing her pic on FB?  She's been seen by locals in several places, yet is "unnapproachable"?

I suspect the suspected mental health issues are real and await more information on who "scammed" her or if she's running a scam herself.
