News Forum - Bangkok mandates microchipping for pets under new law
No chance of enforcing this even the traffic laws mandating the number of passengers on motorcycles and the wearing of crash helmets are largely ignored by the authorities and these are clearly visible and widespread every single day. News Forum - Bangkok mandates microchipping for pets under new law
Hard to argue with this approach to responsible pet ownership. The missus scolds me whenever I am friendly to a street dog telling me not to encourage the dirty animals. In unrelated news she feeds the same street dogs because she accidentally buys excessive amounts of dog food that needs to be disposed of at least 1 year before the expiry date. This is also my fault.
