Not really. What have we seen in the past few months? 3 incidents? And yet, going unreported are the multiple white trash events of Pattaya, Koh Samui and Phuket. For example TG is featuring the Australian tatooed low life who absconded on the hospital and left a massive bill and also an unpaid crash settlement with the Thai party he collided with. Every week in Patong, and Pattaya the police cells hold inebriated buffoons often from Europe, UK and Australia. These events often go unreported unless there is a "scene".

Three? One such incident is too many. The rest is just whataboutery.

And if Swiss man has dementia and cannot control his emotions?

In a court of law that may be deemed a mitigating factor subject to medical reports. Just as his refusal to cooperate in proceedings maybe an aggravating factor.

You are making a joke, but you are not so wrong.

My view is that Switzerland is an ordered society, where native born and immigrants from other western Eurpoean countries follow the society norms of order and systems, much as they do in Japan. The Swiss like the Germans do not respond well to divergence from the systemic order and the 40+ year olds are more easily triggered. The self discipline of the Japanese is missing, and so they are more likely to explode. In plain language, some people  can't cope with Thai behavior and so they have a temper tantrum.   Thai people too can lose it, but they are typically those who have grown up without anyone setting boundaries, e.g. Red Bull boy.
