Hog wash !  That limey should be be made to pay 50,000 baht in compensation, and deported with a 5 year ban on returning .   That’s just for that lame excuse and arrogance in not waiting for authorities after the incident.

So according to the story 60 year old British national Sam had taken over the counter anti-inflammatory medication for a toothache prior to the incident. 

One thing I've noticed after 12 years of residence in Pattaya is Dentist are as common as 7/11s in Pattaya and Jomtien there's one in most Soi's so at 60 years old Sam should have a  bit more common sense no sympathy for him.
