What is wrong with that? At least she has covered the vital parts of her body. Phuket is a beach island. So what is difference between being in the beach and walking in the town. Just enjoy her appearance and if not happy, just ignore or close the eyes. Don't see her. Anyway foreigners are untouchables in Phuket. So no need to make a big fuss about it.

Phuket Town is not even remotely near the beach and wouldn't be considered the beach at all.....

 

 

I agree with you on beach areas though....

There has been debates on forums about guys walking around Patong with no shirt on

It's the beach, even if you aren't actually on the beach

 

But walking in Phuket Town in just a bikini seems odd

 

Would be odd if she walked in her bikini down any city street anywhere

It wasn't just a bikini, she had a mesh dress over it so yes it was see through but thats pretty common here on Koh Samui. As many pointed out it is a beach holiday destination so really what do you expect these days?

Again Phuket Town is not the beach 

 

And not even remotely close to being any sort of beach atmosphere 

 

Wearing that outfit walking down the street in Phuket Town is a bit weird
