Looks like high speed crash. What happened to the safety features in the BMW? The airbags have been activated....but it looks like that did not prevent the fatality. May be all the occupants never wear seat belts and child safety seat is also lacking....

      News Forum - Thai couple loses over 11 million baht to trusted employee

      "Matichon reported that the suspect’s father is a police officer. She and her father are now fighting in the court to make herself clean." Well that'll be why the police decided to do nothing then (apart of course from their institutional laziness), maybe the father needs to be arrested too either as an accessory or at the least for perverting the course of justice by ensuring no police action was taken!
