While this is a good strategy to promote toursim, ample advance planning and schedule has been announced upfront so that those from other countries can plan accordingly well in advance. However if there is any last minute cancellation or changes, then the organizers have to bear the additional responsibility of compensating those who have planned and booked all their travel plan ahead as Thailand is famous for last minute changes and cancellations.

Except they don't......

 

And Thailand has plenty of big concerts every year and they seem to go as fine as any other country
