Might I suggest that if they are looking for high hygene standards Thailand (particularly cheap restaurants) might not be the plae for them. If they really wanted to highlight food safety standards then wait 'til 30 minutes after it has closed and film the number of rats and cockroaches that will be scurrying around over the cooking and eating surfaces.
