Let's see if I read this right.

A dance group, consisting of Khon Kaen University students, used a composition from another Khon Kaen University student without permission, and the University wants to sue, as it claims it is the "copyright holder"?

I'm pretty sure that "Miss Global", whatever that is, didn't choose this music for this dance group but the dance group chose the music itself.

The logic is breathtaking.
