So, even though the driver admonished the (presumably intoxicated) passengers, what was he expected to do - kick them off and lose the fare?

One would have rather prefered to see the police side with the driver and use the video as a training tool with what is not seemed appropriate behaviour. Strange time of year for this to happen. I would have almost written this off if it happened during Songkran.

Would I think have been more appropriate to grab the tourists and fine them.......Unless there is more to this story that has not been told
