A boon, yes, for the wallets of the TPTBs.

And foreign money, is China asking for more options, to invest? Check on the fine prints!

I  special, if that thing goes sideways.

Oh, btw., has anyone done a research, what the (increasing) "big ship" traffic would do to the Ranong and Chumporn areas of the Andaman Sea and The Gulf of Thailand?

Or are the money signs in sight just to big, to see anything else?
