If they truly wanted to find a lot of 'snout in trough' action then a few investigations into EVERY government department, the army, and the Royal Thai Police would keep the courts busy for enerations. Of course to conduct these investigations you first need an investigator who is not corrupt, an impossible dream in Thailand I fear.
