Sounds better if your gurgling something in your mouth for the effect. I also added the word Numb Nuts after. Try saying that with some marbles in your mouth..

Mr Rumbold

Now this one is obscure.
If you're a Brit, you'll remember him, and his 'attributes' seen here - and therefore his nick-name. I won't repeat it as it lets the cat out of the bag regarding the new improved draconian rules. But you can guess the relevance.

How he has even the nerve to say Sorry is offending to his People. He has caused all the pain and suffering the Thai population is now having to go through. He failed in his role as PM to deliver the essential Vaccine's and the required quantity needed. He fabricated story's of we have sufficient vaccines when he did not. He blamed everyone and every country for his Pandemic response when it was first noticed. He did not lock down to prevent the virus spreading, instead he allowed  inter provincial travel and people to travel from all areas to there home Provinces for National holidays, he told all construction workers they will be locked down who then quickly returned to there homes spreading the virus with them. He allowed his major immigration staff to allow immigrant workers from Laos and Burma to spread the virus in Bkk. He is now sending infected Thais to Issan. He has gagged all online media from reporting what he and his Ministers are doing. He will only release information he see's fit to release to show his attempts in fighting the pandemic. No one will be able to question him. For the sake of Thailand and the Thai people he should immediately Relinquish his post and his Ministers, and give the Thai people a free and honest Democratic Election overseen by outside Consulate officials.

It's a long and depressing list. On the bright side he did some good too. /Bkkpost 17 July/

The prime minister also ordered Isoc to install Tu Pun Sook "happiness-sharing cabinets" in various communities to boost efforts to provide relief to the most affected people, he said.

It's nice to know that the PM is concerned for the Thai citizens and the "guests" who are currently in the country.

It's nice to see that he is a man of his word, I'm sure he did say that he would close the country down when he acquired power several years ago. Clearly the man can keep his word in his honorable actions, guided at all times with the best motives.

Outstanding leader, a real credit.?
