13 years old?  What in God's name was he doing in that role,.  He was a child and this is a child abuse death.  1230 am he should have been safe in bed and asleep, not out in dangerous conditions with his idiot Father and Uncle.  Thailand needs to get a grip and get with the modern World.  It's beyond tragic.

100 percent the fathers fault, a 13 year old kid had no business being out working even in a voluntary capacity at that time of night.

Weerayut collapsed on the road as a Mercedes Benz approached. The Mercedes Benz could not stop in time and directly hit Weerayut. The car dragged Weerayut along the road for about 100 metres before stopping.
